FeelmCamera 개인정보 처리방침

JayApp(제이앱, 이하 "운영자")은 FeelmCamera(필름카메라) 앱(이하 "앱")을 운영하며, 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하고 관련 고충을 빠르게 처리하기 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리방침을 둡니다.

앱에는 회원 가입과 로그인이 없고, 운영자는 이용자의 사진·영상을 받거나 보관하는 서버를 두지 않습니다.

1. 처리하는 정보와 목적

• 앱 사용 기록(사용 통계): 앱에서 쓴 기능과 화면(예: 촬영, 필름 고르기, 편집, 공유, 결제 화면 보기, 구매 시도와 결과), 고른 필름·스킨·설정, 기기 정보(기종·운영체제·앱 버전·언어·지역 설정), 앱 설치별 식별자 — 기능 개선, 이용 통계, 오류 파악. 설정의 "사용 통계 보내기"로 끌 수 있고, 꺼도 앱을 쓰는 데 제한이 없습니다.
• 구매 정보: 구매한 상품과 이용 기간(결제는 Apple App Store가 처리합니다) — 이용권 주기와 복원. 결제 화면에서 보여 준 상품·가격·구매 결과는 앱 사용 기록에도 남습니다.
• 원격 설정: 앱이 시작할 때 판매 방식 같은 설정을 받아 옵니다(앱 설치별 식별자 사용) — 앱 업데이트 없이 설정 바꾸기.

모으지 않는 것: 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 연락처, 광고 식별자, 사진·영상의 내용, 정확한 위치.

다음은 기기 안에서만 처리하고 운영자에게 보내지 않습니다.

• 카메라 화면·사진·영상: 필름·날짜 스탬프·마크·테두리를 기기에서 입혀 사진 앱에 저장합니다.
• 장면 추천: 카메라 화면을 기기 안에서 분석(Apple Vision)해 어울리는 필름을 제안합니다. 화면은 보내지 않고, 제안한 장면 종류(예: 음식)와 필름만 사용 기록에 남습니다.
• 위치: 설정에서 "위치 저장"을 켠 경우에만 촬영한 곳을 사진 파일과 사진 앱에 기록합니다. 사용 기록에는 위치가 들어갔는지 여부만 남고 위치는 남지 않습니다.
• 마이크: 셔터를 길게 눌러 영상을 찍을 때만 소리를 녹음해 그 영상에 담습니다.
• 사진 보관함: 갤러리, 편집, 월간 필름 롤을 보여 주려고 기기 안에서 읽습니다.
• 알림: 월간 필름 롤과 일회용 카메라 현상 알림은 기기 안에서 예약합니다. 알림을 위한 식별자를 서버로 보내지 않습니다.
• 일회용 카메라 사진: 현상(다음 날 아침 9시) 전까지 앱 안에 보관했다가 사진 앱에 저장하고 지웁니다.
• 공유: 이용자가 공유를 누를 때만, 이용자가 고른 곳(인스타그램 스토리, 메시지 등)에 이미지를 넘깁니다.

2. 보유·이용 기간

• 기기에 저장된 정보(설정, 구매 상태, 현상 전 일회용 사진 등): 앱을 삭제하면 함께 지워집니다.
• 앱 사용 기록: Google Analytics for Firebase에서는 수집일로부터 14개월이 지나면 지워지도록 설정합니다. Amplitude에서는 앱을 운영하는 동안 보관하고, 운영을 끝내면 지웁니다. 요청하면 그 설치의 기록을 두 곳에서 지웁니다.

3. 제3자 제공

운영자는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 법령에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우는 예외입니다.

4. 처리 위탁과 국외 이전

앱 사용 기록과 원격 설정은 다음 서비스에 맡겨 처리합니다.

• 받는 자: Google LLC(미국, Firebase Analytics·Remote Config), Amplitude, Inc.(미국, 개인정보 문의 privacy@amplitude.com)
• 이전되는 국가: 미국 등 각 회사의 데이터센터가 있는 나라
• 이전 항목: 1절의 앱 사용 기록, 앱 설치별 식별자
• 이전 시기·방법: 앱을 쓰는 동안 수시로 암호화된 통신(HTTPS)으로 전송
• 이용 목적·보유 기간: 이용 통계, 기능 개선, 원격 설정. 2절의 기간
• 거부 방법과 효과: 설정의 "사용 통계 보내기"를 끄면 사용 기록을 더 보내지 않습니다. 꺼도 앱을 쓰는 데 제한이 없습니다.

함께 쓰는 외부 서비스(운영자가 개인정보를 맡기지 않는 곳)

• Apple: App Store 결제와 구독 관리. Apple이 처리하는 정보는 Apple의 개인정보 처리방침(https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/)을 따릅니다.
• 인스타그램 등 공유 대상: 이용자가 공유를 누를 때만, 이용자가 고른 이미지를 넘깁니다.

5. 파기 절차와 방법

• 기기 안의 정보는 앱을 삭제하면 지워집니다.
• 앱 사용 기록은 2절의 기간이 지나면 각 서비스에서 자동으로 지워집니다.
• 종이로 출력해 보관하지 않습니다.

6. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법

• 이용자는 언제든 자기 개인정보의 열람·삭제·처리 정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 아래 문의처로 보내 주시면 10일 안에 처리 결과를 알려 드립니다. 법정대리인이나 위임을 받은 사람도 요청할 수 있습니다.
• 사용 기록은 설정의 "사용 통계 보내기"로 끌 수 있습니다.
• 카메라, 사진, 위치, 마이크, 알림 권한은 iPhone 설정 → FeelmCamera에서 언제든 끌 수 있습니다.

7. 안전성 확보 조치

• 모든 통신을 HTTPS로 암호화합니다.
• 사진과 영상은 기기와 이용자의 사진 앱에만 있고, 운영자의 서버로 보내지 않습니다.
• 분석 도구의 비밀값은 앱 코드와 분리해 관리합니다.

8. 광고·추적과 만 14세 미만

• 앱에는 광고가 없습니다. 광고 식별자를 쓰지 않고 추적 허용을 요청하지 않으며, 다른 회사의 앱·웹사이트 기록과 합쳐 추적하지 않습니다.
• 분석 도구의 광고 기능은 꺼 두었고, IP 주소로 위치를 추정하는 기능도 Amplitude에서는 꺼 두었습니다.
• 운영자는 만 14세 미만의 개인정보를 알고서 모으지 않습니다. 알게 되면 바로 지웁니다.

11. 처리방침의 변경

이 처리방침을 바꾸면 시행 7일 전부터 이 페이지에 알립니다. 이용자 권리에 중요한 변경은 30일 전에 알립니다.

FeelmCamera Privacy Policy

Effective: October 20, 2026

JayApp ("we") operates the FeelmCamera app ("the App"). The App has no accounts or sign-in, and we run no server that receives or stores your photos or videos.

1. Information We Process and Why

• App usage data (analytics): features and screens you use (for example shooting, choosing films, editing, sharing, viewing the paywall, purchase attempts and results), the films, skins and settings you choose, device information (model, OS, app version, language, region setting), and a per-install identifier — to improve the App, understand usage and find errors. You can turn this off with "Share usage statistics" in Settings; the App works the same without it.
• Purchases: the products you bought and their periods (payments are processed by the Apple App Store) — to grant and restore access. The products, prices and outcomes shown on the paywall are also recorded in usage data.
• Remote configuration: at launch the App fetches settings such as how Feelm Plus is offered, using a per-install identifier.

We do not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, advertising identifier, the contents of your photos or videos, or your precise location.

Processed only on your device, never sent to us: the camera feed, photos and videos (films, date stamps, marks and borders are applied on device and saved to Photos); scene suggestions (Apple Vision analyses the viewfinder on device; only the suggested scene type and film are recorded in usage data); location (written into the photo and Photos only when you turn on Save Location; usage data records only whether a location was included); the microphone (recorded only while you hold the shutter to film a clip, into that clip); your photo library (read on device for the gallery, editor and monthly film roll); notifications (scheduled on device); disposable-camera shots (kept in the App until they develop at 9 the next morning, then saved to Photos and deleted); sharing (images go only where you choose to share them).

2. Retention

Data on your device is deleted when you delete the App. Usage data is set to be deleted after 14 months in Google Analytics for Firebase, and is kept in Amplitude while the App is operated and deleted when it stops. We delete an install's records from both on request.

3. Sharing

We do not provide your personal information to third parties, except where required by law.

4. Processors and International Transfer

Usage data and remote configuration are processed by Google LLC (USA; Firebase Analytics and Remote Config) and Amplitude, Inc. (USA; privacy@amplitude.com), in the US and other countries where they operate, over encrypted connections while you use the App. Turn off "Share usage statistics" in Settings to stop sending usage data. Apple processes App Store payments under its own privacy policy (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/).

5. Your Rights

You may ask us to access, delete or stop processing your information at any time by email; we reply within 10 days. Camera, Photos, Location, Microphone and Notification access can be turned off at any time in iPhone Settings → FeelmCamera.

6. Advertising, Tracking and Children

The App shows no ads, does not use the advertising identifier, does not ask to track you, and does not combine your data with other companies' apps or websites. Advertising features of our analytics tools are off, and Amplitude's IP-based location is off. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 14.

7. Contact and Changes

Privacy contact: JayApp, onthelock.screen@gmail.com. We announce changes on this page at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for important changes).

取り扱う情報と目的

• アプリの利用データ（利用統計）：使った機能や画面（撮影、フィルム選択、編集、共有、購入画面の表示、購入の試行と結果など）、選んだフィルム・スキン・設定、端末情報（機種・OS・アプリのバージョン・言語・地域設定）、インストールごとの識別子 — 機能改善、利用統計、不具合の把握のため。設定の「利用統計を送信」でオフにでき、オフにしても機能の制限はありません。
• 購入情報：購入した商品と期間（決済は Apple App Store が処理します） — 利用権の付与と復元のため。
• リモート設定：起動時に販売方法などの設定を取得します。

収集しないもの：氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、連絡先、広告識別子、写真・動画の内容、正確な位置情報。

カメラ映像・写真・動画、シーン提案（Apple Vision による端末内の解析）、位置情報（「位置情報を保存」をオンにしたときのみ写真に記録）、マイク（シャッター長押しで動画を撮るときのみ）、写真ライブラリ、通知、使い捨てカメラの写真（翌朝9時の現像まで本アプリ内に保管）は端末内だけで処理し、運営者には送信しません。

保存期間・委託・国外移転

端末内の情報はアプリを削除すると消えます。利用データは Google Analytics for Firebase では14か月後に削除される設定とし、Amplitude では本アプリの運営期間中保管します。利用データとリモート設定は Google LLC（米国）と Amplitude, Inc.（米国）に委託して処理します。第三者への提供は行いません。

お客様の権利・広告・お問い合わせ

開示・削除・処理停止はメールでご依頼ください（10日以内に回答します）。カメラ・写真・位置情報・マイク・通知の許可は iPhone の設定でいつでもオフにできます。本アプリに広告はなく、広告識別子を使わず、トラッキングの許可も求めません。14歳未満の方の情報を意図して収集しません。お問い合わせ：JayApp、onthelock.screen@gmail.com
