자주 묻는 것
Feelm Plus를 샀는데 반영이 안 돼요
설정에서 [구매 복원]을 눌러 주세요. 산 Apple 계정과 같은 계정이어야 해요.
구독은 어떻게 해지하나요?
iPhone 설정 → Apple 계정 → 구독 → FeelmCamera에서 해지해요. 기간이 끝나기 24시간 전까지 해지하면 다음 결제가 되지 않아요.
환불받고 싶어요
결제와 환불은 Apple이 처리해요. https://reportaproblem.apple.com 에서 요청해 주세요.
사진에 Feelm 마크가 찍혀요
Plus 필름이나 날짜 스탬프를 무료로 쓸 때 작은 Feelm 마크가 함께 찍혀요. Feelm Plus를 쓰면 다음 사진부터 마크 없이 찍혀요. 이미 저장한 사진의 마크는 지워지지 않아요.
날짜 스탬프는 어떻게 켜나요?
설정 → 날짜 스탬프를 켜세요. 지난 사진에는 편집기의 달력 버튼으로 그 사진을 찍은 날짜를 넣을 수 있어요.
영상은 어떻게 찍나요?
셔터를 길게 누르면 녹화되고, 떼면 사진 앱에 저장돼요. 무료로는 3초까지 찍을 수 있고, Feelm Plus는 60초까지 마크 없이 찍어요.
사진이 저장되지 않아요
iPhone 설정 → FeelmCamera → 사진에서 접근을 허용해 주세요.

FAQ
- Restore purchases: Settings → Restore Purchases, with the Apple ID you bought with.
- Cancel a subscription: iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions → FeelmCamera, at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Refunds: Apple handles payments and refunds: https://reportaproblem.apple.com
- The Feelm mark: a small mark is printed when you use Plus films or the date stamp for free. With Feelm Plus, your next photos are mark-free; photos already saved keep theirs.
- Date stamp: Settings → Date stamp. In the editor, the calendar button adds the day an older photo was taken.
- Video: hold the shutter to record and let go to save to Photos. Free clips run 3 seconds; Feelm Plus records up to 60 seconds without the mark.
- Photos are not saving: allow access in iPhone Settings → FeelmCamera → Photos.
