궁금한 점이나 불편한 점은 onthelock.screen@gmail.com 으로 보내 주세요. 보통 영업일 기준 2일 안에 답장합니다. 앱 안에서는 목차 → 판권 → 문의로도 보낼 수 있어요.

Apple로 로그인해요. 이름과 이메일은 받지 않아요. 기기를 바꾸거나 앱을 다시 설치해도 같은 Apple 계정으로 로그인하면 책장과 기록이 그대로 돌아와요.

목차 → 판권 → [구매 복원], 또는 부록 → 특별판 맨 아래 [구매 복원]을 눌러 주세요. 같은 Apple 계정이어야 해요.

iPhone 설정 → Apple 계정 → 구독 → 북이On&On에서 해지해요. 기간이 끝나기 24시간 전까지 해지하면 다음 결제가 되지 않아요. 앱의 판권 → [구독 관리]로도 갈 수 있어요.

결제와 환불은 Apple이 처리해요. https://reportaproblem.apple.com 에서 요청해 주세요.

목차 → 판권 → [북이off (계정 삭제)]를 누르면 바로 지워져요. 북클럽을 쓰고 있다면 먼저 구독을 해지해 주세요(계정을 지워도 구독은 저절로 끝나지 않아요).

그 한 줄의 [⋯] → 신고하거나, 그 독자를 가릴 수 있어요. 서로 다른 3명이 신고하면 바로 가려지고 운영자가 확인해요.

Sign-in: Sign in with Apple. Your shelves and records come back when you sign in with the same Apple ID on a new device.
Restore purchases: Contents → Colophon → Restore Purchases, or the bottom of the Special Edition.
Cancel Book Club: iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
Refunds: Apple handles payments and refunds: https://reportaproblem.apple.com
Delete account: Contents → Colophon → 북이off (Delete account). Cancel your subscription first.
Report a line: Report it or block its author from the line's menu.
