2026-10-30부터 적용됩니다. 그 전까지는 이전 약관(https://jayapp.store/terms/boogieonandon-20261018)이 적용됩니다.

제1조 (목적)

이 약관은 JayApp(제이앱, 이하 "운영자")이 제공하는 북이On&On(북이온앤온) 앱과 관련 서비스(이하 "서비스")를 이용하는 데 필요한 운영자와 이용자의 권리·의무와 책임을 정합니다.

제2조 (용어)

1. 이용자: 이 약관에 동의하고 서비스를 이용하는 사람
2. 한 줄: 이용자가 책에 남기는 100자 이내의 독후감
3. on: 다른 이용자의 한 줄에 켜는 반응
4. 앤(&): 서비스 안에서 앤으로 사는 상품을 사는 데 쓰는 재화. App Store에서 앤 묶음으로 삽니다.
5. 앤으로 사는 상품: 그림체·책장 디자인·배경·소품(낱개와 묶음)·추가 책장("책장 하나 더")·그림체 모음처럼 앤으로 사는 꾸미기 상품
6. 유료 상품: App Store에서 사는 앤 묶음과 평생 회원, 그리고 앤으로 사는 상품
7. 평생 회원: App Store에서 한 번 사서, 서비스가 이어지는 동안 모든 그림체·책장 디자인·배경·소품과 앞으로 나올 디자인을 쓰고 진열 책장을 5개까지 두는 상품
8. 북이off: 계정 삭제

제3조 (약관의 게시와 변경)

1. 운영자는 이 약관을 앱(목차 → 판권, 부록 특별판)과 https://jayapp.store/terms/boogieonandon 에 게시합니다.
2. 운영자는 관련 법령을 어기지 않는 범위에서 약관을 바꿀 수 있습니다. 바꾸면 시행 7일 전부터(이용자에게 불리하면 30일 전부터) 앱과 게시 주소에 알립니다.
3. 바뀐 약관에 동의하지 않으면 서비스 이용을 멈추고 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.

제4조 (가입)

1. 만 14세 이상인 사람은 Apple로 로그인해 가입합니다. 로그인하면 이 약관과 개인정보 처리방침에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 운영자는 이름·이메일을 요청하지 않습니다.
2. 닉네임은 처음 로그인할 때 자동으로 정해지며, 판권에서 바꿀 수 있습니다(하루 한 번, 2~12자). 다른 사람을 사칭하거나 7조에 어긋나는 닉네임은 쓸 수 없습니다.

제5조 (서비스)

운영자는 다음을 제공합니다.

1. 읽은 책·읽는 중인 책·서고 기록과 한 줄
2. 책장 꾸미기(진열·월·연 보기)
3. 같은 책을 읽은 다른 이용자의 한 줄 보기와 on
4. 책장 이미지 만들기와 공유
5. 앤(앤 묶음)과 앤으로 사는 상품, 평생 회원 판매

기본 독서 기록과 꾸미기·공유는 무료입니다. 책 정보와 표지는 예스24 등 제공처에서 받아 보여 주며, 그 내용의 정확성은 제공처에 따릅니다.

제6조 (이용자의 의무)

이용자는 다음을 하지 않습니다.

1. 다른 사람의 계정이나 정보를 쓰는 것
2. 서비스나 서버를 방해하거나, 허락 없이 자동화된 방법으로 정보를 모으는 것
3. 법령이나 이 약관, 7조의 한 줄 원칙을 어기는 것

제7조 (한 줄 원칙과 신고·차단)

1. 운영자는 불쾌한 글과 다른 이용자를 괴롭히는 사람을 허용하지 않습니다(무관용). 공개한 한 줄에는 다음을 쓸 수 없습니다.
   • 욕설, 혐오·차별, 괴롭힘, 위협
   • 음란하거나 지나치게 폭력적인 내용
   • 광고·홍보·스팸, 같은 글 반복
   • 자기나 남의 개인정보(전화번호, 주소, 계정 등)
   • 저작권 등 남의 권리를 침해하거나 법을 어기는 내용
   • 줄거리의 결정적인 내용을 스포일러 표시 없이 쓰는 것
2. 운영자는 금칙어가 들어간 한 줄의 저장을 막습니다.
3. 이용자는 한 줄을 신고하거나, 그 사람을 가려(차단) 그 사람의 한 줄을 다시 보지 않을 수 있습니다. 가린 사실은 상대에게 알리지 않습니다.
4. 서로 다른 이용자 3명이 신고한 한 줄은 바로 가려지고, 운영자가 확인해 되살리거나, 스포일러로 표시하거나, 지웁니다. 운영자는 신고를 받은 날부터 24시간 안에 확인하도록 노력합니다.
5. 원칙을 거듭 어기는 이용자는 한 줄 공개나 서비스 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.
6. 지운 한 줄의 읽은 기록과 책장 배치는 그대로 둡니다.

제8조 (한 줄의 권리)

1. 한 줄의 저작권은 쓴 이용자에게 있습니다.
2. 이용자는 공개로 둔 한 줄을, 운영자가 서비스 안에서 같은 책을 펼친 다른 이용자에게 보여 주는 데 필요한 범위에서 쓰도록 허락합니다. 운영자는 이용자의 동의 없이 한 줄을 서비스 밖(광고 등)에 쓰지 않습니다.
3. 이용자는 한 줄을 언제든 고치거나 지우거나 "나만 보기"로 바꿀 수 있습니다.
4. 북이off 때 "내 공개 한 줄은 북이off로 남기기"를 고르면, 공개 중이던 한 줄은 계정과 끊어 이름 없이("북이off") 남습니다. 남긴 한 줄은 누가 썼는지 알 수 없어 나중에 따로 지워 달라고 요청하기 어렵습니다.

제9조 (유료 상품과 앤)

1. 앤 묶음과 평생 회원은 App Store에서 사고, 결제는 Apple의 정책을 따릅니다. 값은 부가가치세를 포함한 원화로 표시합니다.
2. 앤은 앤으로 사는 상품을 사는 데에만 씁니다. 앤은 현금이나 다른 재화로 바꾸거나, 다른 이용자에게 넘기거나, 다른 서비스에서 쓸 수 없습니다.
3. 앤과 산 상품은 계정에 기록되며, 같은 계정으로 로그인하면 다른 기기에서도 쓸 수 있습니다. 앤에는 쓸 수 있는 기간이 없습니다. App Store에서 산 상품(평생 회원 등)은 판권·부록 특별판의 "구매 복원"으로 다시 불러올 수 있습니다.
4. 앤으로 상품을 사면 그 상품을 바로 쓸 수 있게 되므로, 산 상품은 되돌리거나 앤으로 돌려받을 수 없습니다. 운영자는 앤을 쓰기 전에 확인 화면에서 이를 알립니다.
5. 이미 쓴 앤은 환불되지 않습니다. 앤 묶음을 산 날부터 7일 안에, 그 묶음의 앤을 하나도 쓰지 않았다면 청약을 철회할 수 있습니다. 이때는 App Store(https://reportaproblem.apple.com)에 환불을 요청합니다. App Store 결제의 환불 여부는 Apple이 정하며, 그 밖의 환불 문의는 문의처로 보내 주세요.
6. Apple이 앤 묶음을 환불하면, 운영자는 그 묶음으로 받은 앤을 회수합니다. 이미 써서 남은 앤이 모자라면, 모자란 만큼 앤으로 산 상품을 가장 최근에 산 것부터 회수하고 그 상품에 쓴 앤은 남은 앤 계산에 되돌립니다. Apple이 평생 회원 등 App Store에서 산 상품을 환불한 때에도 그 사용권을 회수합니다. 회수한 내용은 앱의 앤 내역에 남습니다.
7. 사용권이 회수되면, 그 디자인을 쓰던 책장은 기본 모양으로 바뀌고 그 소품은 책장에서 내려집니다. 다시 사도 바뀌기 전 모양으로 저절로 돌아오지 않습니다. 가진 책장 수보다 책장이 많아지면 남길 책장을 고르고, 고르지 않은 책장은 지워집니다. 읽은 기록과 한 줄, 책은 그대로입니다.
8. 소품은 한 번 사면 여러 책장·여러 자리에 반복해 놓을 수 있고 수량이 줄지 않습니다.
9. 미성년자가 법정대리인의 동의 없이 결제했다면, 미성년자 본인이나 법정대리인이 그 결제를 취소할 수 있습니다. App Store 또는 문의처로 요청해 주세요. 취소되면 6항과 같이 처리합니다.
10. 결제했는데 앤이 들어오지 않으면 앱을 다시 열어 주세요. 그래도 들어오지 않으면 App Store 영수증(주문 번호)과 함께 문의해 주세요.
11. 앤 묶음의 값, 상품의 앤 값, 판매하는 상품은 바뀔 수 있습니다. 이미 가진 앤과 산 상품은 그대로입니다.
12. 운영자가 서비스를 끝내면 30일 전에 알리고(제11조 3항), 쓰지 않은 유료 앤을 돌려받는 방법도 함께 알립니다.

제10조 (평생 회원)

1. 평생 회원은 서비스가 이어지는 동안 모든 그림체·책장 디자인·배경·소품과 앞으로 나올 디자인을 쓰고, 진열 책장을 5개까지 둘 수 있습니다. 한 번만 결제하며 자동으로 갱신되지 않습니다.
2. 평생 회원에게는 앤이 필요하지 않습니다. 앤이 남아 있을 때 평생 회원이 되면 앤을 쓸 곳이 거의 없어집니다. 운영자는 평생 회원을 사기 전에 이를 알립니다.
3. 운영자는 출시 기념 등 행사로 평생 회원이나 할인을 줄 수 있습니다.
4. 평생 회원의 환불은 Apple의 정책을 따릅니다. 환불되면 제9조 6항·7항에 따라 사용권을 회수합니다.

제11조 (서비스의 변경과 중단)

1. 운영자는 서비스를 고치거나 바꿀 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 미리 알립니다.
2. 점검, 장애, 천재지변 같은 이유로 서비스가 잠시 멈출 수 있습니다.
3. 서비스를 완전히 끝내면 30일 전에 앱과 게시 주소에 알립니다.

제12조 (북이off와 계정 삭제)

1. 이용자는 언제든 앱의 목차 → 판권 → 북이off(계정 삭제)로 계정을 바로 삭제할 수 있습니다.
2. 삭제하면 기록·한 줄·책장·on·신고·가린 독자·사용권과 남은 앤이 함께 지워지고 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 남은 앤과 앤으로 산 상품은 돌려받을 수 없습니다. App Store에서 산 상품(평생 회원 등)은 같은 Apple 계정으로 새로 가입해 "구매 복원"을 하면 다시 쓸 수 있습니다. 7일 안에 산 앤 묶음을 하나도 쓰지 않았다면, 삭제하기 전에 제9조 5항에 따라 환불을 요청할 수 있습니다.
3. 개인정보의 보관과 파기는 개인정보 처리방침(https://jayapp.store/privacy/boogieonandon)을 따릅니다.

제13조 (책임의 제한)

1. 운영자는 천재지변, 이용자의 잘못, 제공처(Apple·예스24·Cloudflare 등)의 장애처럼 운영자의 고의나 과실이 없는 손해에 책임지지 않습니다.
2. 운영자는 이용자가 쓴 한 줄의 내용에 책임지지 않습니다. 다만 7조에 따라 처리합니다.
3. 이 조항은 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서만 적용됩니다.

제14조 (분쟁 해결)

1. 이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다.
2. 분쟁이 생기면 먼저 문의처로 연락해 주세요. 소송은 민사소송법이 정한 관할 법원에서 합니다.

2. 북클럽(1년·한 달 자동 갱신 구독)은 2026년 10월 23일 판매를 그만두었습니다.
3. 앤을 도입하기 전부터 App Store에서 원화로 팔던 꾸미기 상품은, 판매를 그만둔 뒤에도 산 이용자가 그대로 쓸 수 있습니다.

Boogie On&On Terms of Use

These Terms apply from October 30, 2026. Until then, the previous Terms (https://jayapp.store/terms/boogieonandon-20261018) apply.

Effective: October 30, 2026

1. Purpose

These Terms set out the rights and responsibilities between JayApp ("we") and users of the Boogie On&On (북이온앤온) app and related services (the "Service").

2. Definitions

1. Line: a one-line book review of up to 100 characters.
2. on: a reaction that "lights up" another reader's line.
3. An (&, 앤): the in-app currency used to buy An items in the Service. You buy An in An packs on the App Store.
4. An items: decorative items bought with An, such as art styles, shelf designs, backgrounds, objects (single or in bundles), extra shelves ("one more shelf") and art-style collections.
5. Paid items: An packs and lifetime membership bought on the App Store, and An items.
6. Lifetime membership: a one-time App Store purchase that lets you use every art style, shelf design, background and object, including future designs, and keep up to five display shelves for as long as the Service runs.
7. Booky-off (북이off): account deletion.

3. Posting and Changes

These Terms are posted in the App (Contents → Colophon, Appendix) and on our website (https://jayapp.store/terms/boogieonandon). We will announce changes in the App and on this page at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes unfavorable to you). If you do not agree to the changes, you may stop using the Service and delete your account.

4. Sign-up

You must be 14 or older. You sign up with Sign in with Apple, and by signing in you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. We do not ask for your name or email. A nickname is assigned automatically and can be changed in the Colophon (once a day, 2–12 characters); impersonation and nicknames that break Section 7 are not allowed.

5. The Service

We provide reading records and lines, shelf decoration (display, month and year views), other readers' lines and on, shelf images for sharing, and sales of An (An packs), An items and lifetime membership. Basic reading records, decoration and sharing are free. Book information and covers come from providers such as YES24.

6. Your Obligations

Do not use another person's account or information, disrupt the Service or collect data by automated means without permission, or break the law, these Terms or the line rules in Section 7.

7. Line Rules, Reporting and Blocking

1. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Public lines must not contain abuse, hate or discrimination, harassment or threats; obscene or excessively violent content; ads, promotion, spam or repeated text; personal information (phone numbers, addresses, accounts, etc.); content that infringes others' rights such as copyright or breaks the law; or major plot spoilers without a spoiler mark.
2. Lines containing banned words cannot be saved.
3. You can report a line or block its author; blocked users are not notified.
4. A line reported by three different users is hidden immediately. We review it and restore it, mark it as a spoiler, or remove it, and aim to review reports within 24 hours.
5. Users who repeatedly break these rules may be restricted from publishing lines or using the Service.
6. Removing a line keeps the reading record and shelf placement.

8. Rights to Lines

You own the copyright in your lines. You allow us to show your public lines to other readers who open the same book within the Service, and we will not use them outside the Service (for example in ads) without your consent. You can edit, delete or make a line private ("나만 보기") at any time. If you choose to keep your public lines when deleting your account, they remain without your name and cannot later be linked to you.

9. Paid Items and An

1. An packs and lifetime membership are bought on the App Store, and payments follow Apple's policies. Prices are shown in Korean won including VAT.
2. An can only be used to buy An items. An cannot be exchanged for cash or other currencies, transferred to other users, or used outside the Service.
3. Your An and purchases are tied to your account and available on your other devices when you sign in to the same account. An does not expire. Items bought on the App Store (such as lifetime membership) can be restored with "Restore Purchases" in the Colophon or Appendix.
4. An item becomes usable as soon as you buy it with An, so it cannot be returned or exchanged back into An. We show this on a confirmation screen before you spend An.
5. Spent An is not refundable. Within 7 days of buying an An pack, if none of that pack's An has been spent, you may withdraw the purchase by requesting a refund from the App Store (https://reportaproblem.apple.com). Apple decides refunds of App Store payments; please send other refund questions to the contact below.
6. If Apple refunds an An pack, we take back the An you received from it. If you have already spent it and your remaining An is not enough, we revoke An items, newest first, until the shortfall is covered, and the An spent on them is counted back. If Apple refunds another App Store purchase, such as lifetime membership, that item is revoked as well. What was taken back is shown in your An history in the App.
7. When an item is revoked, shelves using that design switch to the default look and the revoked objects are removed from your shelves; buying the item again does not restore the previous arrangement automatically. If you then have more shelves than you are entitled to, you choose which shelves to keep, and the others are deleted. Your reading records, lines and books stay.
8. Objects can be placed repeatedly on any shelf; quantities never decrease.
9. If a minor paid without a legal guardian's consent, the minor or the guardian may cancel the payment by contacting the App Store or us. A cancelled payment is handled as in paragraph 6.
10. If An does not arrive after payment, please reopen the App. If it still does not arrive, contact us with your App Store receipt (order ID).
11. Prices of An packs, An prices of items and the items on sale may change. An and items you already have stay as they are.
12. If we end the Service, we will announce it 30 days in advance (Section 11) together with how to get a refund for unused paid An.

10. Lifetime Membership

1. Lifetime members can use every art style, shelf design, background and object, including future designs, and keep up to five display shelves for as long as the Service runs. It is a one-time payment and does not renew.
2. Lifetime members do not need An. If you become a lifetime member while you still have An, there will be little left to spend it on; we tell you this before you buy.
3. We may offer lifetime membership or discounts as promotions, such as at launch.
4. Refunds of lifetime membership follow Apple's policies. If it is refunded, it is revoked under Section 9, paragraphs 6 and 7.

11. Changes and Suspension

We may change the Service and will announce important changes in advance. The Service may pause for maintenance, outages or force majeure. If we end the Service, we will announce it in the App and on this page 30 days in advance.

12. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time in Contents → Colophon → 북이off (Delete account). Your records, lines, shelves, ons, reports, blocks, entitlements and remaining An are deleted and cannot be restored; remaining An and An items cannot be refunded. Items bought on the App Store (such as lifetime membership) can be used again by signing up with the same Apple Account and using "Restore Purchases". If you bought an An pack within the last 7 days and have not spent any of it, you can request a refund under Section 9, paragraph 5 before deleting your account. Retention and destruction of personal information follow the Privacy Policy (https://jayapp.store/privacy/boogieonandon).

13. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages without our intent or negligence, such as force majeure, user error or outages of providers (Apple, YES24, Cloudflare, etc.), nor for the content of lines written by users, which we handle under Section 7. This section applies only to the extent permitted by law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Please contact us first if a dispute arises; lawsuits are brought in the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.

2. Book Club (yearly and monthly auto-renewing subscriptions) was removed from sale on October 23, 2026.
3. Decorative items that were sold on the App Store for money before An was introduced remain usable by those who bought them after they are no longer sold.
